Cleopatra-style wide mesh chain necklace and bracelet set in sterling silver. Chain is made up of figure-8 shaped links that are interwoven side-by-side. Exterior facing links have a light texture embossed on the centers. Each piece closes with a hidden box clasp with a extra hasp for security. Both are marked "925" on the clasp. I believe the set is Italian, because I've come across very similar sets that were from Italy, but this set is only marked for the silver.
In excellent condition, with a light patina from age, but no noticeable damage or flaws. The clasps are still strong and fasten securely. The silver is very bright and sparkles when it's polished up, but it has been a while since I've polished it, so it looks a little darker in the photos. If you want it brightened up, just let me know.
Each piece is 3/8" wide. Necklace measures a hair over 16" around when fastened. Bracelet is about 7.5" around when fastened. Total weight is 49.2 grams.
Unfortunately, the two pieces cannot be connected to make a longer necklace. The clasps are hand made and are slightly different sizes.
