Opalescent Pearl Cabochon With Ruby Crystal on a Chain

Beautiful 25mm x 18mm opalescent pearl cabochon in an antique silver frame - with a ruby red crystal cabochon on top - the chain is rhodium plated and measures 19 1/2" . (9190)

A large faceted ruby rondelle in deep berry red and a distressed bar of solid sterling silver swing along side each other in perfect harmony on a 16" Italian sterling silver ball chain. The sterling ball end headpin and caps are hand forged in studio and all silver has been deeply oxidized and hand polished. The ruby gemstone is 6.5mm, tab/bar is 26.5mm x 5mm wide

A sweet piece, I love the disparity between the high end gemstone and the rough, organic sterling tab... soft & feminine, but with a rough edge.

Made with a beautiful faceted crystal quartz thorn/tusk/horn (30x8mm). I have also added a faceted dainty aqua chalcedony (4mm) and teeny tiny faceted bright ruby (2mm) on the side asymmetrically to add a bit of color and whimsy to this elegant and simple necklace. Everything is wire wrapped with 14k gold filled wire and added to a sweet little gold filled chain and findings.

Length is 16.5-18 inches with extender chain. Perfect to layer longer necklaces with or wear by itself for a simple, sweet and minimal look.

This lovely necklace is made with a stunning, large facetted briolette of seafoam green jade. Green jade is a stone known for healing the heart and offering a sense of well being and balance. This beautiful biolette is topped with a bead of raw, facetted ruby. The ruby is very dimensional and has a lot of color variations throughout. The combination is accented with a pretty pearl rondelle and topped with a small, facetted bead of pyrite. The pendant hangs on a 32 inch combination chain of silver, oval links and silver sapphire color beaded chain.   You will see the combination chain in many of my pieces as I like the whimsy it adds.

These famous words, touch everyone, I think. There IS no place like home.

A gunmetal color pendant just a fraction over 1 1/4 inches long with those famous words, "There's no place like home." This phrase is printed over a subtle mix of Oz words just barely visible. A diminutive pair of ruby red slippers (with magical powers, of course) dangle alongside. An emerald green sparkling Czech glass bead tops it all off. This green bead will be similar to what's pictured but may not be the exact bead pictured.

It hangs from a gunmetal silver ball chain and is 24 inches long.

A ruby is a pink to blood-red colored gemstone, a variety of the mineral corundum (aluminium oxide). The red color is caused mainly by the presence of the element chromium. Its name comes from ruber, Latin for red. Other varieties of gem-quality corundum are called sapphires. The ruby is considered one of the four precious stones, together with the sapphire, the emerald, and the diamond.

Prices of rubies are primarily determined by color. The brightest and most valuable "red" called pigeon blood-red, commands a large premium over other rubies of similar quality. After color follows clarity: similar to diamonds, a clear stone will command a premium, but a ruby without any needle-like rutile inclusions may indicate that the stone has been treated. This one of a kind necklace is made with a gorgeous bezel set all natural color flash labradorite pendant and 4mm genuine watermelon tourmaline faceted rondelles. The stones are strung on the finest quality flexible, yet durable stringing wire. The focal pendant is crowned with individually wire wrapped tourmaline chips. At the back of the strand you will find a short row of smooth round pink tourmaline to add interest. This stunning piece measures 17.5" with an additional 2.25" extender chain for the option to wear longer when desired.

The pendant measures 1" at widest point. Please refer to photo with ruler and dime for more accurate size.

All of the metal is solid sterling silver and has been given a patina bath and then buffed to a matte satiny finish.

This unique amethyst pendant is inspired by henna tattoo designs. Amethyst and ruby glow in this recycled sterling silver necklace. This unique pendant is ( Ruby Red Seaglass (Rare) ), wire wrapped with square 21ga wire (gold & silver filled wire -tarnish resistant ) and side banded with 21ga gold half-round wire.

Chain is provided for pendant.

Design of the chain bail, will have a minimum of 1/4" inside diameter, to accommodate different thickness of chains. Shape of the chain bail will also differ dependent upon the stone used.
