1) What type of silver/gold do you use?
All of the charms, chains, jump rings, etc. are all solid sterling silver, and NOT plated. All of the gold I use is yellow, 14K gold filled.
2) What is 14k Gold Fill?
The price of solid karat gold is very high and this looks exactly the same, is of comparable quality, and is less than 1/2 the cost. Gold filled jewelry contains much more gold than plated jewelry, and you cannot visually tell the difference between gold filled and solid. Gold filled jewelry is much more valuable and tarnish resistant than gold plated pieces and it does not flake off like plated gold can. 3) Can I get the back of my charms engraved?
I do offer an upgrade to double sided engraving for my bar bracelet and bar necklaces! This add on can be added to your cart along with the bracelet/necklace of choice and can be found here:
http://etsy.me/SkwFQYFor all other charms, I use VERY high quality, thick metals, but stamping or engraving the lettering still leaves an imprint through to the opposite side. To do this on the reverse side would make the front of your design look untidy and not well crafted. From a design and aesthetic perspective, it is best to stick with only the front side.
4) How do I place my order?
a. Log into Etsy or set up an Etsy account
b. Open the item you’re interested in, selecting options from the drop down menu if applicable- necklace type/length, etc.
c. Click the green “Add To Cart” button to the right of the item (change quantity if ordering more than 1pc)
d. Enter the applicable data needed to complete your order in the “Note to ACharmedImpression” area at checkout. Please be sure to list the following:
-Initial/Name/Date…etc.
-Font preference -- the font in the main picture will be used unless you request a different one
-Where to place any add on charms (birthstones, discs…etc.)
-Phone number (optional) but recommended during busy seasons or if you don’t check your email often- just in case I have a question and can’t reach you via Etsy or email
5) How long will it take to receive my order?
All jewelry is hand made to order, by yours truly, and do require time to create. Orders are made and shipped out typically within 2 business days (see store policies for more info). I ship USPS first class mail, which takes an additional 2-5 days for delivery within the USA or up to 6 weeks Internationally. If you need an order sooner, there are expedited shipping options available at an additional cost at checkout. There may be delays during peak holiday seasons (i.e. Xmas and Mom's Day), or for weather related issues like storms. Please try and be patient and understanding if this is the case, as these are circumstances beyond my control.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please be aware that items shipped to your country may be detained in customs for an undetermined period of time. There is no way to contact the customs office to find your item and, except for Canada, tracking only works while the item is in the U.S. In the near future there will tracking to about 30 other countries, many of which are in the European Union. Many countries may require 4-6 weeks from the time the order leaves the U.S. until it is delivered to your door. This requires a certain amount of trust and patience. If an item takes longer than six weeks please contact us. Please also note, all International customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered in your shipping costs. I am unable to help you avoid these fees or reimburse you for any of these charges. Please visit your country's customs agency website for more info PRIOR to making your purchase.
6) What payment methods do you accept?

I have many different font styles available. Choices are listed within the images of each listing.
*Please note: some fonts only come in upper or lowercase. Also the number of characters I can fit on a charm will vary by the font & size. Please contact me if you have questions on whether or not a certain font will fit.
11) Do you gift-wrap?
Each order is professionally wrapped and packaged in a small gift box, ready for gifting. Because I am eco-friendly, if you are ordering multiple jewelry items for different people, please let me know, otherwise all jewelry will be packaged together in just one box. Orders for just charms will come wrapped only in tissue unless a gift box is requested.
12) Can I add a gift note?
Yes, please type the note in the message to seller area upon checkout, and it will be included. Handwritten notes are limited to 25 words, as my cards are small. Longer messages will be printed and included in the box with the gift. Payment information is NOT included with packages you designate as a gift.

13) Can I shower in my jewelry?
You can, but I wouldn't recommend it. Handcrafted jewelry requires a little more care than jewelry store jewelry (which is why you pay more in a store). To extend the life of your jewelry, I highly recommend removing it before sleeping, swimming, and showering. The #1 cause of tarnish is moisture, and any chemical contact, like chlorine and perfume, can speed up natural tarnishing. However, occasionally getting your jewelry wet will not hurt it, just be sure to dry it thoroughly and buff clean with a soft cloth.
14) How do I care for my new jewelry?
All metals tarnish and dull over time, even platinum. All plated metals will eventually wear - if your charms are plated, the plating will eventually, and inevitably, wear off. Its impossible to say how long it can take, as it varies person by person...it could be two weeks, two months or two years. Its all reaction to body chemistry (stress and medication can even cause quicker wear). To slow tarnishing/wear avoid wearing your jewelry in swimming pools, showers, or hot tubs and always spray perfume or hair products BEFORE putting on your jewelry. Clean with mild soap and warm water after use, drying thoroughly and then buff gently with a soft cloth. Store your jewelry in an airtight Ziploc bag or jewelers anti-tarnish pouch to slow the tarnishing process.
