~~HOW TO CUSTOMIZE THIS ITEM:~~

An 18" long (45cm) lariat necklace is composed of a sterling silver eternity ring measuring 15mm in diameter at one end and a hand wrapped gemstone of your choice at the other. A 7mm initial disk charm dangles above the birthstone for extra special personalization.
The chain and initial disc are all sterling silver as well as the wire wrapping on the gemstone.
