This one of a kind necklace features a real, natural dark red orchid as its pendant. I have coated the orchid in poly resin, which preserves it forever, and makes it very durable, even for daily wear, while remaining very lightweight. The orchid measures 3" wide by 2 3/4" long. I have attached the orchid to a hand strung chain of blue turquoise, red jade, blue agate, faceted red coral, faceted dark red garnet, and small sterling silver beads. The beads measure from 2mm to 18mm, and the chain measures 18" in length. I have finished the necklace with a large, sterling silver toggle clasp.
