Swarovski Ruby Baroque 22X15, inside a beautifully made grand filigree cone in oxidized silver. i added a few 4mm swarovski bicones in pink and silver shadow just for an added sparkle. The cone is sterling plated, all wiring done in sterling silver filled and the chain is sterling silver.
